Re: HELP! (not a 155, but pretty close!)
It can only be the starter, fuel or ignition systems.
Does the engine turn over or not?
If it doesn't turn over, is the battery fully charged?
If the battery is new/fully charged and it doesn't turn over - starter motor/relays could be the problem.
When it does turn over, is it weak (slow) or very fast?
- If it turns over weak/slow, it's the battery.
- If it turns over fast, the battery and starter motor are okay... go to Fuel.
Is there fuel in the tank? Add some new fuel (as much as you can) to make sure it's fresh.
Is fuel reaching the injector rail?
- If it is, then the problem is ignition related.
- If it isn't, is the fuel pump working? (relays on bulkhead)
If your engine is turning over and there's fuel being injected, is the sparks working? You have new plugs but is there a spark?
If not, check the coils and HT leads.
If you have fuel and sparks and it's turning over.. then it must start.
No bullets for Chaingun..
