Before I torch my 147 jtd

Ok, another horn problem! Can anyone tell me the exact location of the horn relay - I am beginning to wonder if it even exists!
I have had the steering wheel off, printed circuit is fine, I have checked continuity with an ohmmeter. With the meter across the red & black terminals (printed circuit disconnected) on the steering wheel and one of the horn push buttons is pushed continuity is lost - is this correct?
I love this car when it behaves itself! Any thoughts, other than my original gallon of petrol & a match solution?

Fuse box in the engine bay, in front of the battery.
