156 Fluid dipsticks

I am in the process of topping up the selespeed oil and power steering fluid and noticed that there are 2 measurements on the dipstick one side displays 20c and other side displays 95c. I assume that you top up the levels when the engine is cold using 20c as the guide. What is the logic for having the 2 types of measurement.

Re: 156 Fluid dipsticks

regarding selespeed oil, make sure you don't let the pump come in (open the passenger door for opening the hood) and fill up to the max level. Dob't know about the 2 different measuremnts..
if the selespeed is healthy, topping up is almost never necessary.

Re: 156 Fluid dipsticks

I was told when topping up to put the ignition into MAR before checking the selespeed oil level. My dipstick only has min and max written on it and they're both on the same side.
