Re: Hit and run

This is catching....

Milady's 156 Sportwagon has been clattered in a local car park, front bumper cracked by the number plate mount, bumper and wing bent inwards, breaking the headlight mounts and leaving the headlamp pointing about 30 degrees left and down...oh and the trim to the left of the grill broken....and no one owning up to it, of course....

When the weather improves I think I can probably get the bumper loose and spring / flex the wing back into position, at least enough to get a replacement headlamp in......but it'll never be perfect......and of course in all the spares I have I haven't got a wing and bumper in Proteo........Grump!

Re: Hit and run

Some b*st*rd smashed my back bumper while my car was parked on my drive last winter. It must have been in the middle of the night when it was below freezing, otherwise the bumper would have just sprung and not cracked. Got a replacement from the breakers.
