Removing the rear brake assembly...

I'm doing the rear hub bushes on my 156 and unfortunately the bolt is the annoying way around so I have to take off the brake discs. Can anyone give me a step-by-step guide to getting the discs off, or at least point me in the direct of one? Specifically what bolts to undo in what order?! Pics would probably help

If you take the brakes off, do they need recalibrating afterwards?

I'm only trying to get to the rearhub bush so I'm not replacing anything, I just need it out the way!
