Re: 380 miles from a full tank?
I once worked on a contract that had me driving 86 miles a day. I was getting travelling expenses so I was sad enough to note mileages versus litres of fuel used to refill from empty tank (petrol light on) to full tank (delivery pump cutting out). Over the space of 5 months the averages were: best 37.3 mpg; worst 34.9mpg.
The journey only had 2 traffic lights to stop at; the rest of the journey was 60mph single carriageway roads i.e. pretty constant.
The bad news for you is I drive a 1.6 TS, which had 33,000 on the clock at that time. From my personal experience I would be dubious about any driver information system average mpg's. The only accurate method is to drive full to empty and record your mileage, over at least three full tanks.
I now work closer to home and have to drive through the town, so I'm only getting around 370 miles a tank which is approx 32.5mpg. I expect these to be similar to a 1.8 TS but better than a 2.0 TS.
