156 'springy' suspension - normal?
hello, new here - first post and female too, so excuse lack of techncial expertise...
It's my 1st week of driving my lovely 156 (2.5 v6, year 2000) and am getting used to the feel/sounds, etc.
I have noticed that the suspension is quite springy - i.e. when going over bumps/uneven terrain, etc it sounds as though I'm in an old armchair... normal? or NOT?!
second, and I've seen a couple of posts on this - I filled the tank friday, and had a couple of long drives, this morning the guage doesn't seem to be going down (still half full) whereas in first few days I seemed to be guzzling petrol.
btw, car had only 80K and full service before I bought it, careful ower, etc.
