New Owner as of today...

1st time owner, few short trips with it around town today managing registration & such. Handling excellent, but definitely in need of some front suspension arms, likely upper on drivers side.
Still attempting to become familiar with the Selespeed, likely manual would've been the better option if avail. Clutch slip noticed once today in 1st gear, & also audible clunking sound when shifting. Any suggestions would be appreciated, unless that's just to be expected. I'd done a lot of reading prior to purchase & recognize they can be troublesome, but I'm willing to play!
Greatest concern is timing belt. 77,950km on the clock, no record of the belt ever having been replaced. There is yellow crayon writing on the cover (CRM), but no idea what this means. I'm 3rd owner, previous only had it for 1 year & his wife didn't like with 2 young children.

I live on Okinawa, Japan, & there is no AR dealer here - that I could find. Autos are becoming a hobby, but I haven't done any in-depth work such as timing belts. Please let me know what you think, is a boot guy like me able to conduct a timing belt swap, or is there a method for me to determine if it's already been done?? Anyone have links available for guides as well as aftermarket parts (less costly but quality).

Thank you for reading and for any info you could throw this way! Happy & humble to be a part of this forum & and an Alfa fancier!

It won't be clutch slip in 1st gear you will notice it in 5th gear long before it will be an issue in lower gears. Yes the sele system can make a bit of clunky noise when changing gear.

Yes you will need to change timing belt, idler pulley and tensioner, balance belt and it's tensioner, and maybe the water pump.

Found a Fiat service provider on island here. Knows his stuff seemingly. Said belt looks fairly new, don't bother with it at this point.
I'd like to replace the air filter. Does anyone know the part number for the K&N "panel filter"? Assuming that's the flat filter replacing the cone shaped filter.
Also read that removing resonators within the air box will clear it up a bit & provide a sexier sound. What is the location of this/these resonators?
It's a 2005 147 Ti 2.0, by the way.
