A mig welder might be a good investment.

Once you figure out how to use it (not difficult) it would easily pay for itself.

Sound advice - I've seen a 156 that Pud was effectively replacing 3/4 of the floor on.......

If anyone is after a V6 I know where there is a Y-reg one (Rosso with black leather) available - mate of mine in Yorkshire has been asking me what it's worth - a few body dings, no tax, no test.

I'm keeping our under 50K mile Y-reg V6 despite it having a few dings and scratches

Floor, outer sills, bottom third of the chassis rails, front inner wings, A-pillars, rear wheel inner arches, spare wheel well, the list goes on. I'm sure 156s are made out of recycled Alfasuds. And they made 159 front subframes out of recycled 156s.
