Bonnet, bumper, wings, lights, grill, will need to modify the wiring loom for the lights as the indicators and front fogs are in different locations, may come across some other differences but think that would be the main parts.

I'm in the process of doing the facelift now.
The bonnet is indeed different in terms of size not just shape, the facelifted 147 has a longer "nose" and the shut lines are altered towards to grill end of the bonnet.
One of the obvious things to be mindful of is paint match. Always worth spending a little more on a second hand panel that is the right colour than not.
Alfa paint is quite expensive according to my body shop contact.

Bonnet was £35
I picked up a pair of headlights with a small section of the wiring loom for £20 each.
The bumper with grilles was £40 but with most bumpers, you'll most likely want to re-paint after the stone chips etc over the years.
Wings are about £35-50 each

Shop around, take your time and you can get the above prices but there are plenty of parts out there at double or triple these costs!
One guy was selling the whole front end last week for £130.....upset that It came around too late!

Good luck
