Most tyre place will remove them for about £15 per wheel.
What I have done in the past is to find a socket that almost fits and hit that onto the nut with a hammer. It works on most except those where the outer spins. It also worked on my son's previous 147 where the locknut for the Alfa original wheel nuts had been lost. Just hope the nuts haven't also been done up by a gorilla.
If you end up welding something to the nut make a shield from flat plate to protect the rest of the wheel from weld spatter.
