very easy, just remove the centre console (stereo, ashtray, 3 knobs, lots of screws) then the 3 gauges (its all 1 panel), the bulbs can be removed from the back of the panel by simply turning them. 99% of the time a new bulb isnt needed, just give it a bit of a wiggle and it'll come back on. the 2 contacts on the bulb tend to damage the copper strips they sit on (vibration damage i assume), so turning a few degrees will get both contacts back on unbroken copper. often a good thump on the dash will get them working again, saving you the troulbe of taking things apart, but a better long term solution is to turn the bulb slightly.
