147 1.9 JTD 1st gear judder
Just wondering if somebody could direct me to answer to a problem I am having with my 147 1.9JTD Lusso.
For the last month or so, my car has been very juddery when taking off in first gear. However, it only seems to happen when the car has been in use for about 30 mins - 60 mins. It gets to a point where it feels like the engine is going to drop out of the car. I can only overcome this by applying more revs. It doesnt happen in any other gear or if I change down to first while the car is in motion, but only when I move from stationary. It also seems to pull away ok from a hill start (perhaps because I need more revs there?)
I have seen some posts where it alludes to a faulty mount or a joint? Or other posts suggest it may be the clutch. I have also noticed sometimes that when I become stationary, an audible 'Click' noise is apparent. Dont know if this is connected either.
Also, today I am getting a faulty glow plug message display.
I also have a 'puffing' injector (as the AA man described it). Could the injector be the issue? As it only happens when the car is warm.
Any help/advice is appreciated.
