Alfa GT MOT History

Hey guys,
Ive been looking at Alfa GT JTDs for a while, found one i like.
Just done a MOT check and the previous MOT (june) stated an advisory.
"Offside Front Subframe mounting prescribed area is corroded but not considered excessive" 2.4.A.3

Im thinking come next june....could this be serious?
And what kind of cost are we talking?
All my friends are saying keep away from alfas...stick to ger

Just had the front subframe on my GT replaced due to rust. All in £250, using a 2nd hand subframe.
