Thanks to the following People for helping me with the complete Rebuild of the Afla 156 1.6 TS.
Norman (howmuch), Thanks for the Info and Sunday calls,
Alfa Tech Whitley Bay for the Crank Timing and Lease of the Cam setting tools,
Northern Rebore for the Fast finding of Con Rods and Crank Shaft Bearings etc,
Bob My Mate who helped me with the fundamentals of My first engine rebuild,
The Alfa Forum for the help and Information.
And Last but not least The Gear Box in forest hall for the Supply of the New Clutch, Head Gasket etc.
Now the car has had all of the following done its going to be going up for sale, See in the for sale section,
It was a Nice Car to drive before the rebuild but Now its a Great car to drive, I cant beleve how much better.
The car Now has a Full new Timing belt Kit fitted, inc New Pre-Tensioners, New Fanbelt,
New Conrod, Bearings and a New Crank Shaft, with Mains Big Ends and Little Ends Replaced,
Head Gasket had to be replaced and thus the Head has had a Skim,
New Oil Filter and Nice semi-synthetic oil, as well as Water and Power Steering Fluid, Brake Fluid, and Air Filter,
The clutch had about 0.5-0.0 of a mm left thus would have only lasted about 1000 miles, So New Clutch has now been fitted, Basicly the car is in the best condition it can be.
Thanks Again to all that helped,
