I'm experiencing an ongoing issue with my 2006 Alfa 147 JTD 150.
This all started after getting my EGR mapped out at Autolusso last year.
When cruising along at light throttle in any gear, there is a consistent and noticeable judder / pulsing sensation that can be felt throughout the car.
It's worse at higher revs, and cannot be replicated in neutral (i.e. when the engine is not under load).
No error codes at all, and otherwise the car spools up and rockets off fairly well.
I have checked the EGR blanking plate which seems to be leak free, and no visible leakage from the injector seals.
I did return to the garage to demonstrate the problem a few months later, but it was difficult to demonstrate especially with the cobbled road surface around.
However the guys were very patient and friendly, which is what I expected from their reputation on this forum.
The cruise control is also quite jerky in its application - as though the 1% of throttle it used to apply to maintain its speed has been increased. This may however be an unavoidable consequence of a remap...
If anybody can shed some light on the cause of this hesitation that would be amazing.
