Lamda sensor problem gt 2.0 jts

I had problem with one of my Lamda sensors on my Alfa Romeo gt 2.0 jts 2005 mod. So I bought 4 new ones on ( China ) and changed all four. Soon I got the engine warning light, reading : P0135 No signal / P2240 no signal / P0155 no signal / P1141 signal unreadable. I have changed all coils, battery, spark plugs, cleaned contacts, there is no leakage.
So my question is : Can it be wrong sensors even though they had the right specs. for alfa gt. Do I need to use Bosch 0258007156 to get the right signal to the ECU.
Is the car that sensitive ? If you look at you will find the oxygen sensors.
