Alfa GT rear transverse adjuster bolts.
I have the usual tyre wear problem on the inner walls front and back, I've had a lot of suspension work done new bushes, arb, top and bottom arms. Anyway digressing a little, I drove the car for a four wheel alignment and all was good until the car was up in the air. I was told the back end is off the scale drivers side more so than the passenger. The mechanic sprayed the rear adjuster bolts on the transverse arm with lube spray and after a while tried to adjust them, the bolt is turning on the back but no adjustment was being made he said the bolts were basically spinning inside and the adjusters must be knackered, so i was sent on my unmerry way with nothing resolved.
A. Is this common fault and do they need replacing
B. Is it a rear sub drop? As it looks this way when i was under the car.
Please say there is an easy option.
Cheers in advance.
