Help 147 owners with CD changers

Can anybody take any pictures or describe me how the CD changer is secured in the boot please? I know the carpet has a section in it but how is the changer secured - is it in another box? Its difficult to work out using ePer as its categorised by part types rather than by groups.

Any help appreciated.

It's screwed into the floor below the carpet. I'll have another look later. Mines the 10 CD version (Blaupunkt)

I'm using an aftermarket sony CD changer. And I've merely attached it to the carpeting using velcro. No fussy holes to worry about.

Re: 147 owners with CD changers

I've only ever used adhesive velcro to attach
CD Changers to car boot floors.

(Also means you can move them easily if
you need to get a particularly stubborn object
into the boot. )

My one is screwed (I think) onto the back of the rear seat.
