No further advanced - tried a different throttlebody, a third MAF (Bosch), a temperature sensor, a new PCV, checked for air leaks repeatedly, new thermostat, new crank sensor, replaced crimped clamps and checked for air leaks. Checked, earth points, checked the seal at the throttlebody. This is crazy - it just insists on idling high, and once to temperature it starts a rolling idle over and over. No errors in Multiscan, no amount of battery off and 90 sec throttle resets do anything. Thing is that in Multiscan, you can't initiate any resets as I understand you can in later models... any other ideas are most welcome.
