gearbox and clutch is different on the 2.4. the 2.4 is a 5 cylinder version with a bigger flywheel, the clutch plate is therefore bigger. the gearbox is slightly shorter (physically, not ratios) than the one used on the 1.9jtd, probably to make it easier to fit into the marea chassis. its a very tight fit.
both the 105jtd and the 115jtd have the same engine and turbo (non-VG), the main difference is the ecu map. there were 4 different versions of the first generation 1.9, the 105 and 115 are 2 of them. the 120/130/150 range is the second generation.
i know of several people getting 160bhp & 270lb/ft from the 1.9jtd simply by remapping the ecu. i wouldnt take it further because the clutch can struggle even at that fairly moderate increase.
