chuggy when idle
new fault with my 147 , when the cars idle it seems a bit chuggy but when the revs go above 2000 it seems fine but when the revs are on the way down the engine seems chuggy around the 2000 mark and the rev needle stays at 1000 and doesnt go fully down to 0 .
im getting sick and tired of my local garage ive had the car in about 4 times now over the last 2 months and they just cant resolve my motor controls system failure ,
first it was a misfire that the fixed by changing the rocker cover and cleaning the oil soaked cylinders and coil packs, but the error message came back a few days later.
secondly the crankshaft sensor went and i had to get that changed.
now after having 2 coil packs fitted and the error message cleared the message as come back on and like i said before the engine just seems a bit jumpy when idle ... doesnt sound or feel like a misfire but maybe something to do with the oil getting in the cylinders previously or something to do with the idle .
any ideas guys im reaching extreme frustration with it and if they cant get it sorted this time im taking it somewhere else ... anyone know of a alfa indie in southyorkshire , thanks
