other than the usual stuff..at 60k on an 09 there is a chance the cam-belt won't have been done and I would insist on this if there is no history of it. its a rather large expense within the first year or so of ownership...same for front upper and lower wishbones ,this is about the mileage when they are getting near to replacement time...same for glow plugs, have a good look at the rad I have now oned two low mileage GT's and both had rad weeps that needed sorting.
secondly it will have a CF4 engine so swirl flaps will be present, I would budget to have these removed as even on low miles they can be ingested by the engine with catastrophic results (check out alfadoits thread his went at 35k or so), it will cost around £300 to do.
and finally re-map and egr delete will be required to bring the car alive, as I notice from the Ad and the pics that the sport button is not present meaning its a 150BHP model, that means the only difference from the standard model is interior trim, the cloverleaf badges and those gorgeous wheels.
TBH I would hang around for a 170BHP model but the car does look straight and honest in the ad...no guarantee though, alfadoits was from veloces in london and my blackline at a smilar price and mileage to yours was from a reputable dealer in bicester,I have spent 3k on mine!.
good luck whatever you decide.
