GT Diesel killing its battery

I have a GT 1.9 jtdm which will flatten its battery in about 7 days if not started. Has anyone else had this problem?

The battery is almost new. I fiited it after the same thing happened to the previous battery.

I was wondering about a Bury hands free cradle which is fitted to the car but I don't use.

Even with the ignition off it seems to be searching for pairing with Bluetooth devices. Is this installed correctly, and if not is removal a DIY job?

Thanks in advance

If it is searching with the ignition off then I would say there is definitely a problem with the installation. I don't know anything about these cradles, but see if you can find the power lead to it which will probably have an inline fuse holder, then take the fuse out.

Check the light clusters at night when it's parked up...

There's a known fault with the body computer than can result in the sidelights being left on very very faintly at all times, causing battery drain over a period of being parked up.

I have a 147 and my battery goes flat every now and then sometime over 24 hrs sometimes 48hrs then sometimes can go for weeks have never found out what it can be I'm going to replace the battery and see if it still happens but with yours I'm sure it's your Bluetooth install have you tried a volt meter to see if it's draining while it's all turned off and stationary?
