120 bhp doesnít have variable intake either....
There is a lot of things you need to change except cylinder head. ECU is one of them. Maybe you can upload a software form 120 bhp ECU to 105 ECU to be able to control the variator, I am not sure. You would have to change engine wiring as well, 105 bhp version doesnít have wiring for variator. You would need to change exhaust manifold, 120 bhp has 4-2-1 manifold with 2 pre-cats and 2 lambdas, 105 has 4-1 manifold with one pre-cat and one lambda. Even if you change it, we come back to the engine wiring and ECU issue, you need to plug the 2 lambdas somewhere....
And donít forget that 120bhp has different front brakes. You donít need to change them because of engine conversion, but if you plan future upgrades, 105bhp solid discs will be underpowered.
