Rear bushes

(apologies for the double post and the wrong forum, but the 147, 156 & 159 sections seems to have a bit more traffic than my own. I'm hoping the rear suspension is the same as a 146...)

I'm changing the bushes on the rear longitudinal arm on my 146 Ti and have come across a problem I'd love some help with. The long and short of it is I can't get the bloody bolt out. I've undone the nut but the bolt is resisting all efforts. (I'll post a piccy if required...)

I wasn't quite sure if they should screw out, so I tried that and broke two extension bars. Managed to get it turning eventually but it's not really helped. Thinking it should just pull out, I've tried battering it will a hammer but that's not helped either.

Any tips please?
