147 and GT is a shared platform. There are 4 flavours of calipers:
1. The VERY early 1.6 147 had a smaller (281mm) solid disk - somewhat uncommon.
2. The majority (1.6 / 2.0 / JTD) 147 and GT use the 285mm single piston caliper that is common even to most of the 156's.
3. The earlier 147 GTA's came out with 305mm brembo calipers that need a specific upright - The GT never had these.
4. The later 147 GTA's came with 330mm brembo calipers that are used on the 3.2 V6 GT. It used the same upright as the other V6 GT / GTA's, but has an extra radial adapter for that big caliper
So the chances are yes the 147 / 156 / GT 285mm single piston caliper is the common one you are looking for
