Depends on what type of driving you do, for normal driving around towns, no big stops needed, then normal common or garden brake pads will be fine, all major friction material manufacturers do them.
If you like to push it a bit, and like brakes with a little more bite, Feredo DS performance front pads are popular here. They are a bit more money, but not too squeally if installed well. For proper nutter use DS 2500s are good but need warming up for best grip and are known to squeal at little use. No point improving back brakes at all they do very little work and don't generate a lot of heat so bog standard brake pads from any mainstream manufacturer would do.
