Alfa 1.9 JTD clutch query

Hoping for some intel on my 2007 diesel GT. I have the gearbox out of it as there's a synchro snag on 3rd gear. I have another gearbox to replace it.

The query is with the clutch - which was replaced not long before I got the car. The release bearing is firmly embedded into the clutch cover - as it's intended to be. Question is - how do I go about removing the bearing from the clutch cover to fit it to the release fork before the box goes back in...?

Any advice/ideas greatly appreciated

Thanks and regards
