Fairly straightforward. Jack both sides of the car to take tension off the ARB, remove wheel arch liner, remove top drop link bolt (can be easier said that done), remove long bolt though bottom of the suspension fork, unclip all the cables from the suspension leg, pay particular attention to their orientation, better still take a couple of photos. Split the upper wishbone balljoint.
In the engine bay remove the two inner bolts on the top of the suspension turret and tap the studs with a hammer, the whole leg should drop. Now getting it out, if you have a long bar pass it through the large hole in the lower wishbone and stand on it forcing the hub and driveshaft down, should give you just enough when you tilt the top of the leg towards you for the top studs to clear the wheel arch.
What will give you trouble is separating the damper from the lower fork, right PITA that is.
