Only captive bolt I found that wasn't present was on the jtd there was a captive nut to hold the power steering pipe clamp on the drivers side, this was on the passenger side on the t spark subframe, I found a tie wrap worked just as well and is easier to remove the next time it needs to come off!.
As to how hard it is to replace, I found it very easy, done it a few times now, on the jtd I can have it off and on again in less than 4 hours, working off a jack.
One tip though, when you are refitting just wind in the subframe bolts a few threads (all of them) then bolt the steering rack back up. This should still give a bit of room to jiggle everything about a bit so you know the rack bolts are going in straight and not cross threading. And replace the anti roll bar bushes at the same time with polyurethane or you will be soon doing the job again.
