I am sure that you, and many more that work there, know your stuff. But I was told that a younger guy had been working on my car, and had pretty much broken quite a lot on other peoples vehicles over a space of time, not really the kind of information you want to hear, especially from a customer. And knowing the amount of money, and cost that my 147 has cost me, in the last year or so of owning it. It can be very frustrating.
Must be love form for the Alfa, that keeps me from selling it, not to mention the whole in my pocket so far.
To be fair, on Kwik fits side, they have agreed to fix the fault, and I have booked it into Day & Whites, (Thanks to Adrian) and not too far from you, for a diagnostics, which Kwik Fit have agreed to pay for. SO my hat off to them for that. However, I they did tell the garage yesterday, when discussing the issues, that they had not fitted original Alfa parts? which is worrying, as these cars do not like anything else, so I am told.
I will keep you all posted for sure, and let you all know what they say, after the diagnostics.
