How easy is it to replace the complete drivers side driveshaft assembly as a complete unit purchased a 2nd hand one and just want to do a straight swap any special tools needed or consumables ?
Limited knowledge of drive trains have a good tool kit so hoping it's not beyond my expierence
Many thanks

The hub nut can be quite tight. First thing is to see if you can loosen it off. 36mm socket and a 3 ft breaker bar usually required.

You'll need a ball joint splitter to take the suspension apart. Other than the hub nut, there is nothing awful involved. An impact gun on the hub nut is much easier.

The shaft is held on 6 hex socket bolts. Make sure the sockets are clean and the key goes right in - they are tight and it is easy to round them off.

Don't know what he inner joint is like on yours but my TS has 6 hex bolts .. 6mm or 7mm IIRC at 10mm nylok nuts on back.
