Donít push it when cold and as previously said, let it breathe out after a spirited drive. That is the main thing destroying turboís.
When turbo runs its axle floats in thin layer of oil but if you turn it off suddenly, the extremely hot axle gets in touch with the casing and can virtually weld onto the fine metal. By the next start it tears of the thin bronze layer. Doing it often will destroy your turbo.
