Alfa GT Steering Feels Weird

I have an Alfa Romeo GT (2006) 1.9JTD, every morning when I set off for work the steering seems lose, pulls a bit either way. The tyre pressure is OK (36/34psi 225/40 R18)

After 15 minutes the steering feels fine, the tyres grip well, steering feels solid and 30 minutes on the motorway with no pulls, juddering, vibration or noise.

Just worried there is something wrong, any ideas?

I would start with just getting the alignment checked and work from there

I my money's with palantir on this, something to do with fluid. either the level or it's black and needs to be nice and red; as it's taking a while for the system to get up to speed. Only other thing might be a pump problem but you don't want to think about that till the fluids right.
