Re: V6 Oil
For the oil filter you will need to get the front up in the air on secure stands, slide underneath the car from under the right hand headlight until you're just behind the engine and almost under the front edge of the bulkhead, you will see a (I think it's) triangular shaped hole above your head and through it you should be able to locate the lesser spotted oil filter on the back of the engine - do not panic - don't be tempted to 'not do it this time' it's not that bad, although it may well not have been done last time. You will probably have some difficulty loosening it off and will enjoy a mouthful/armful of castrols finest. On top of that you will need to undo the clip holding the power steering pipes to the frame to make enough room to get the filter out, (these may be aircon pipes,I don't remember) but you will just have enough space to allow the filter to come past. If you have aftermarket front pipes on the exhaust it's possible that you may need to remove or at least loosen them to remove the filter.
Don't let this put you off, just take your time it is relatively easy to do, it just appears to be a chinese puzzle.Oh and 5 litres of selenia was only just enough for mine.
