Hi mate I had an injector blow by on my GT tried removing the injector but it was solid as there was also a lot of the black tar like burnt on diesel around the base of it so I put it into the garage in case I damaged anything, the guy there used a small hydraulic puller to remove it safely and re faced the seat before replacing the copper seat washer and refitting it I know a lot of people use a slide hammer to if they are tight so I guess if you've got the tools will be easier than the usual diy tool box.
Good luck mate. Mark
