Help Changing Upr Wishbone Balljoint?

Hi all,
I'm in a bit of bother.
I'm half-way through replacing a CV Joint on the car. As part of that, it requires you to release the hub unit/arm/thingy from the upper wishbone balljoint.
Unfortunately, the last clown that went at this stripped the threads on the nut that goes onto the balljoint. So I've had to cut the nut off, and now the balljoint threaded bolt is wrecked.

I can put it back using a spacer and a fresh nut along the still intact part, but I want to replace the balljoint now.

Does this mean replacing the whole wishbone, or can they be removed from the wishbone?

It means a new wishbone.
You can't just change the ball-joint on its own.
