worth doing a 'search' about things to look out for. common question, and previously answered. for example
can also search about xenons, but i don't recommend upgrading cos it's a major expense. well, you may consider it worth it, cos indeed the improved lighting is excellent. however, it will require:
*new light assemblies with 'projector' lenses
*xenon globes and 'ballast' (high voltage output system)
*self-levelling electromechanical arms/actuators which connect to your suspension
*possible electrical upgrades/mods: for onboard electrics to recognise you have xenons, disabling the incabin manual-height(level) adjustor buttons (for original halogen lights)
as you probably realise, xenons are a UK$500 option. even at trade price, it may cost nearly as much just for the parts separately, plus hassles of fitment.
i don't recommend fitting xenons without the self-levelling function or projector lenses. it's a major hazard for oncoming traffic due to glare.
obviously, if you're keen, and the cost is still good value to you, it can be done!...i'm sure.
