have to say im with the not to anneal new copper washer, especially from proper source like injector suppliers /recon places etc.
they will have been annealed in manufacture better than any diy with a blow torch.
I have self annealed an old washer only as I did one extra swap of injector and didn't have enough new on the day.
if it looks like it had been used, or unknown source id probably anneal to be safe.

well all done yesterday took me around 2 hours and thats with doing a good cleen around cam cover and ports

injector 4 was the leaking one so thought this would be the hard one to remove but it was easiest injector but injector 1 was the bugger in the pack but once removed good clean and a good soak in carb clean while i cleaned the ports and cover replace new washers which cost 5.50 so was a great saving after being quoted by rusper alfa at 180 + vat
