GT Ariel

Is it me or is the GT ariel very long???
I'd prefer a short, stubby one. Anyone taken this root and suggest one???

I've always been told that size doesn't matter!

Re: GT Ariel

My wife's GT has the short one. Trust me, the long one is preferable. The reception for the short one is horrendous.

Re: GT Ariel

I looked at changing the aerial when I got my GT for one with a DAB aerial as well (I had a DAB tuner at the time) but the work required to get behind the head lining made the whole thing too much work! You may want to check a workshop manual before you thought it about much later!

Re: GT Ariel

Another option is to install the ariel from the 159. those are shorter.
