You could really do with an assistant, feed the belt round all the pulleys apart from the AC Compressor, then with a ring spanner on the bolt head in the middle of the tensioner wheel try to undo the bolt (it won't undo, don't worry), takes quite a bit of force to get the tensioner to move down. Practice before putting the belt on to get a feel for how the tensioner moves.
Have your assistant leaning in the top of the engine bay to slip the belt over the compressor pulley once you have provided enough slack.

Lose - to part with or come to be without, as through theft, accident, negligence, etc.
