Any amateur mechanics near Upminster want to earn a drink?

Take it this is a diesel? TS doesn't have a bleed nipple ... you have to pull out the feed hose to open the hole to let fluid out and push it back after. The hose clip has two positions ...

Haven't done a diesel but it sounds more conventional ...

You can use a disposable medical syringe (ebay) on the bleed nipple to "pull" the fluid through the system. This works well with air-locked master cylinders. I often use this technique if on my own as its easy and can be much less messy.

Ok so, good news and bad.
Good news, it wasn't me.
Bad news, they tried and couldn't get it to bleed either. They think a blown seal in the Master, so swapped it out and as good as new.

Thanks to all for your input.
