Help 156 race car - help needed

Hello! not entirely sure this is in the right forum, but...

So, I want to go racing in the Castle Combe Saloon car championship in an Alfa...I reckon a 156 2.0TS is the best bet.

So, some questions:
what is the most effective performance upgrade in terms of bangs for your bucks? suspension and brakes first, breathing and exhaust next, chips and complicated stuff last ??
anyone know of someone who prepares racing alfas?preferably in the west country. will do lots of the work myself, but help will be needed!

anyone need the interior of a 156?

Any other thoughts most welcome....

Contact Adie at AH Motorsports.co.uk

Also checkout: ARCA

If this is the first time you have looked into the costs of racing you could be in for a shock!

Best of luck.
