My cambelt was changed last week; my car has 4,5 years and 80k km. The belt was changed at 30k km for the first time because of variator change, but the tensioners were original so I changed everything now.
Other than that, I had the clutch replaced under warranty because it was noisy, front lower arms were replaced because of wear and I have to visit my dealer twice a year because of airbag light on.
However I consider 147 reliable. You have to keep your eye on some components and replace them when the time comes, but in general it is like all other present cars. Just from what I have read the dealers make with their service Alfa reputation worse than it really is. (fortunately not in my case)
