Help Alfa 147 1.6 129CV Lamda test

Hi everybody, lately in the pursuit of low engine performance i have been checking on the possible causes. Now im working on Lambda sensors (All 3) and i have came across something interesting.
1. My Milo meter flashes sometimes; either way performance is the same;
2. I have poor performance but not very poor fuel economy (9.5 average);
3. I have followed the repair manual and it says for all of the lambdas the resistance between pin 3-4 (Grey and black) should be around 4 ohms but i get infinite on all 3. and the resistance between 1-2 (Heat/white color) is around 1.7 ohms on all 3.

Would appreciate any suggestions.
