How to remove lower B-pillar trim in my 156?!

Hi Everyone

I need to access the lower part of the B-pillar trim of my 156 - ie, the black plasic section which the seatbelt comes out of, and which runs down to join with the floor carpet.

Any clues on how to remove this?
Would love some instructions from someone who has tried it, and warnings of anything (clips etc) that might snap off (in usual Alfa style!) in the process!!

This has to be one of the easiest bits of trim to remove you'll be glad to hear
It's really only secured useing the rubber that trims round the door opening
Just pull the rubber away from each side (don't worry it goes back by pushing) and ease the trim away.
Should take about a minute to do.
