Leaking rear 156 sw shock- should I panic?

Whilst having 2 new tyres fitted last week, we spotted that I have a leaking rear shock. Should I panic and replace it straightaway or run it for a while?

Won't help the handling, but not a panic situation. Easy to change.

Worn shocks will make the car bounce like a sponge ball, and as a consequence, may wear the tyres out quicker -- knackered shocks will only get worse.

However, it won't terminally damage the car, but will compromise the handling.
