squeaky clicking clutch?? 156 1.8

hi peeps 1stly thx for your feedback on my dodgy caliper hex bolts gonna do the job at weekend weather pending. now just another little problem im facing more of an annoyance really i drive a 156 1.8 tspark 1999 saloon when im driving everytime i change gear and bring my clutch back up it lets out a squeaking clicking type noise ?? but if i do it extra slow it doesnt is this something that just needs oiling or tighting anyone else here had this prob or know of a solution?? many thx in advance peeps

It will be the micro switch that is touching the pedal lever. I grease mine about once every 12 months. Just get your head down in to the footwell and apply a blob of grease to the lever.
