P0141 and some misfiring

I have a 2002 156 1.8TS
The fault code P0141 (O2 Lambda Sensor Heating Circuit) keeps coming on. I reset it a few times with the OBD2 , but it comes back after about 2 days or 50km. P0136 fault code came on once as well.(Same sensor)
I have changed the MAF sensor, and there are no vacuum leakages.
Engine misfires a bit when it is cold but it actually improved after MAF sensor change. When cold it idles at 1250 rpm, but engine still stalls when I put in first gear unless I give it some more gas so it feels like it is running a bit lean.

The outside temp. sensor is showing about 2 deg too much all the time.

Could it actually be the Lambda Bank1 Sensor 2, as the OBD says, which I assume is the sensor after the Catalyst with the 2 m long wire?

Read a lot of threads where it is not the Lambda sensor after all, so wanted to check any other alternatives first. Also the slight misfiring could point to something else than the Lambda sensor?

I don't have the ecuscan, but are there any other ways to check a faulty lambda sensor? Resistant etc..?
